On the morning of April 3, witnessed by Boviengkham Vongdara and Zhao Zhigang, the Laos Ministry of Technology and Communications, CAIH, and Laos ALO Technology Co., Ltd. jointly signed the China-Laos AI Innovation Cooperation Center Construction and Operation Support Agreement, affirming the ministry's support for the center. CAIH and Laos ALO Technology Co., Ltd. formally signed the China-Laos AI Innovation Cooperation Center Construction and Operation Agreement. According to the agreements, both parties will jointly build AI computing infrastructure and a Lao-language large model R&D base, focusing on incubating industry models for healthcare, agriculture, and other fields, and launching the "China-Laos AI Talent Joint Training Program." This signing follows the AI cooperation memorandum of understanding signed between CAIH and Laos ALO Technology in February. After over a month of intensive preparation, the official signing of the project implementation agreement marks a new phase of comprehensive execution for China-Laos digital cooperation.
