China-ASEAN Information Harbor and Malaysia Open a New Chapter in AI Collaboration
From April 9 to 11, 2025, Chairman of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region People's Government, led a Guangxi delegation to Malaysia. During this visit, China-ASEAN Information Harbor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CAIH") signed multiple memorandums of understanding with the Malaysia Institute of Southeast Asian Studies, as well as with the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) Guangxi Branch and ICBC Malaysia, in Kuala Lumpur and Kuantan.

On April 2, 2025, the Laos Digital Week grandly commenced at the Laos National Convention Center. Thongloun Sisoulith, General Secretary of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party Central Committee and President of Laos, along with representatives from the science, technology, and digital economy sectors of ASEAN countries such as Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand, attended the opening ceremony.
Advancing International Cooperation in AI: China-ASEAN Information Harbor Signs Project Agreement with Laos ALO Technology
On February 23, the signing ceremony for the China-Laos AI Innovation Cooperation Center, jointly built by Guangxi and Laos, was successfully held in Vientiane, Laos. This marks the first AI cooperation and innovation platform signed between China and an ASEAN country. The ceremony witnessed the signing of multiple agreements in digital talent cultivation, AI corpus, and large AI models.

On February 19, 2025, China-ASEAN Information Harbor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CAIH") was invited to participate in the Vietnam-China Enterprise Cooperation Signing Exchange Ceremony, where it signed multi-domain cooperation agreements with Viettel Telecom (VTT) and Viettel Post (VTP), subsidiaries of Vietnam's Viettel Group.
